This year we will gather on Tracy’s birthday weekend.  Our beautiful Tracy would have turned 50 years old this year, making this celebration even more meaningful.

Tournament Registration

Returning player registration deadline: April 20th, 2026

 

Because Tracy was — and continues to be — so loved, spaces are limited. As returning guests, we are offering you the opportunity to reserve your spots before opening registration to additional participants. Spots will be held once payment is received.

 

Day of Event

Registration: 12:00PM (BBQ lunch included)

Shotgun Start: 1:00PM 

Dinner following completion of round approx: 6:30PM

 

Fees
• $140 per person (includes lunch, golf, and dinner)
• $110 per person (includes lunch & golf)

 

We have room for 144 golfers, and the tournament will once again be played in scramble format — a fun and inclusive way for everyone to enjoy the day, no matter your skill level!

 Our goal is simply to celebrate Tracy’s life, the love she shared, and the lasting impact she had on all of us.
