Morning preparations & registration

Please arrive by 12:15 PM to ensure you have plenty of time for registration and to get your golf cart decorated! This is a great opportunity to connect with fellow participants before the excitement begins. Look for our friendly volunteers at the registration table in the main parking lot.

Lunch & shotgun start

We'll kick off the day with a delicious hamburger lunch to fuel your game. Make sure you're ready for our shotgun start at 1:00 PM sharp! All golfers will begin simultaneously from different holes, ensuring a smooth and exciting start to the tournament.

Evening feast & prizes

After a fantastic day on the greens, join us for a delightful roast beef buffet dinner. This is the perfect time to relax, share stories from your round, and enjoy a wonderful meal. The evening will culminate with our exciting prizes and fun award ceremony – you won't want to miss it!
